Recipes for Fish HotDog

It’s easy to prepare a really tasty meal with Captain Schnell’s Fish HotDog. The juicy fish fillet with crispy breading, served with creamy remoulade, is a winning concept. CLASSIC FISH HOTDOG

Fry or grill your Fish HotDog for 2-3 minutes on each side, alternatively deep-fry for 3,5 minutes. Warm the hot dog buns, add your choice of salad and put some remoulade on top. Minced chives will add a nice spicing to it. This will only take a few minutes to make – fast, easy and tasty!

FISH HOTDOG IN FLATBREAD

Make your favorite choice of mashed potatoes and fry or grill your Fish HotDog for 2-3 minutes on each side, alternatively deep-fry for 3,5 minutes. Slightly heat your flatbread and apply some butter before adding your mashed potatoes, Fish HotDog, green salad and sliced carrots, red onion and tomato. Top off with remoulade or your personal choice of sauce – fold and enjoy!

FISH HOTDOG & CHIPS

This classic works great with Captain Schnell’s Fish HotCod, of course. Either deep-fry your french fries and your Fish HotDog for 3,5 minutes or, make your french fries in the oven and fry/grill your Fish HotDog for 2-3 on each side. Fold a paper into a cone and fill with the french fries and Fish HotDog. Add some lime or vinegar to add flavor. Serve with your choice of sauce on the side.

 FISH HOTDOG & GREENS

Fry or grill your Fish HotDog for 2-3 minutes on each side, alternatively deep-fry for 3,5 minutes. Spread some mayonnaise on a tortilla bread and add salad, minced red onions and sliced tomatoes. Finnish with the Fish Hot Dog and a splash of vinaigrette on top, then fold the tortilla. Easy, tasty and fresh!

FISH HOTDOG ALASKA

Mix 2,5 dl of turskish yoghurt with 6 tbs of mayonnaise, 1 dl of sliced pickled onions and roughly 2 inches of sliced cucumber. Add some freshly cut dill to the sauce, salt and pepper.

Fry or grill your Fish HotDog for 2-3 minutes on each side, alternatively deep-fry for 3,5 minutes. Heat a hot dog bun, put in some salad as base before adding the Fish HotCod topped with the Alaska sauce. A touch of catfish roe will add a nice flavor and luxary to the dish. Serve and enjoy!

FISH HOTDOG KAP HORN

Cut roughly 2 inches of cucumber, 1 avocado and 9 oz of mango into cubes. Slice a smaller red onion and split 10 cocktail tomatoes in two. Mix and squeeze a touch of lemon and honey on top of the sallad. Add some coriander, salt and pepper.

Fry or grill your Fish HotDog for 2-3 minutes on each side, alternatively deep-fry for 3,5 minutes. Heat your hot dog bun and top off with your kap horn mix. Bon apetit!
